Bio

Gerry Menz is a mixed media artist who studies with Adria Arch. For nearly two decades, she owned and operated Artwear, the award-winning women’s boutique in Arlington, MA. Menz developed her own line of clothing which was sold in stores throughout New England. Earlier in her life she worked as a costume designer and preschool and kindergarten teacher. Menz showed a love of art and sewing from a very young age and is happy to now be able to concentrate on her art practice full time. Her studio is in her home near Boston, where she lives with her husband, their daughter and three dogs. Menz received a BA in Art from Emmanuel College.
